The short version: We sell lifting straps. By ordering, you agree to these terms. We charge your card through Stripe, ship within 30 days, and accept returns of unused items for 30 days. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Who we are
This website and store are operated by Ockybody, a brand of Peoples Ventures LLC, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that business. "You" means the person placing an order.
Agreement
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. A contract forms when we ship your order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we cancel it and refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are for the pack size you select. Payment is taken at the time you order, through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one displayed when you place your order.
If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the incorrect price.
Shipping
Shipping terms, including our 30-day shipping commitment, are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. Title passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original condition.
Intended use and safety
Lifting straps are training accessories. They are not safety equipment and they are not certified for climbing, rigging, lifting people, or any use where failure could cause injury or death.
You are responsible for your own training. Strength training carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition. Inspect your straps before each use and stop using them if the stitching, webbing or silicone shows wear, cuts or damage. Load limits depend on your technique, the bar, and the condition of the strap. Do not exceed what you can safely handle.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here is a promise of any training result.
Product description
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and measurements are sampled by hand so they vary slightly from unit to unit.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, video and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost training time or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
